I’ve been running, lifting weights and taking different classes for years. But I learned so many new ways to really jump start my workouts at Coach Mo’s. My wonderful trainer, April, really listened and addressed my needs. She designed several circuits for me to do at home which is just what I wanted. The workouts are very high intensity which means I can workout for a shorter time and still burn loads of calories as I develop improved muscle tone. My program also includes an “exercise library” which allows me to change up my routines and emphasize specific areas. April took the time to make sure I did all of the exercises correctly and was always very willing to answer all of my questions at the studio and via e-mail.

My new program means I can have my own, personalized boot camp anytime without even leaving the house! I’ve gone from an exercise rut to fun, challenging routines that I look forward to doing. What a joy to have my jeans feel loose, more defined muscles and to have my overall fitness level improved.

For the first time in my life, I have a consistent workout schedule guided by a professional who knows which muscles to target and how to achieve results. I work out with Coach April who is wonderful. For the first month we focused on ramping up basic strength to then move on to more difficult and challenging workouts. I couldn’t even do ONE regular push up when we started, and now I can do a lot, one day I did 72 during a circuit session! The workouts are never the same which keeps it so interesting and fun. She knows my physical goals, and every month or so I set new goals for myself that she keeps me accountable for! This is kinda gross, but just in 5 months I turned 40lbs from fat to muscle, and it’s a great feeling.

Beyond the visible physical results, it’s been great to work with April. We have a great time while I’m in there, and it makes me want to get up early and get my butt in the gym. She provides guidance beyond just exercise and helps me out with nutritional and other life goals.
