Classes are offered on the following days:

  • MONDAYS: 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (guys group)
  • TUESDAYS: 5:30 a.m., 6:15 a.m., and 12:00 p.m.
  • WEDNESDAYS: 6:15 a.m.
  • THURSDAYS: 12:00 p.m.
  • FRIDAYS: 5:30 a.m. and 6:15 a.m.

Each class is 45 minutes in length. Cost is $120 per month for unlimited classes (monthly commitment required). Drop-in rate is $20 per person per session. Payment is due in advance. 

Space is limited to 8 people per group, so please contact us to register.

All group fitness classes must be paid for in advance. Group fitness classes are non-refundable.
