CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

HIIT — “High Intensity Interval Training” (HIIT) classes include high-intensity interval cardio training and strength training. Participants will complete multiple rounds of exercise circuits designed to increase heart rate, burn fat, and build strength and stamina.

Track Workout — Class meets at the Anderson High School Track; focus is on cardiovascular training.

Strength — Heavy weight lifting; focus is on proper technique and form.

Each class is 45 minutes in length. Cost is $120 per month for unlimited classes (monthly commitment required). Drop-in rate is $20 per person per session. Payment is due in advance. 

Space is limited to 8 people per group, so please contact us to register.

All group fitness classes must be paid for in advance. Group fitness classes are non-refundable.
