Girls LAX Camp
This twice-a-week lacrosse skills and conditioning camp is designed to help players improve speed, response time, and stick skills. Camp is open to female elementary, middle, and high school lacrosse players. Stick skills and sport-specific drills will be coached by Lauren Gray, a highly qualified veteran lacrosse coach. Read Lauren's bio below. Coach Mo will lead the group through conditioning drills.

- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm
- Camp meets at Murchison Middle School field. Players need to bring their own lacrosse stick, water, and cleats.
Price per athlete: $100

About Lauren Gray
Lauren was a defender at Georgetown University (2009-2013). In 2010 and 2011 she and her team were the Big East Regular Season Champions and won the Big East Championship in 2010! Lauren made the Big East All-Academic Selection from 2011-2013 and was Student Athlete President her senior year as well. Lauren is also a head coach for the Major Trojan Youth Lacrosse team and and coaches the 2023 Ironhorse Club team throughout the year. Originally from Virginia, Lauren just moved to ATX in January and was a three year All-American and swimmer in high school. She also has a younger sister Megan who played lacrosse at California Berkeley.
