Youth Small Group Strength Training Summer Camp 2018
This summer program is designed for athletes who are serious about getting stronger and faster. Each athlete is expected to give maximum effort, to have a positive attitude, and to show respect for the coaches and other athletes in the camp. We are training athletes who want to be leaders on the field, court, and ice and who are driven to be the best they can be. Athletes will work very hard and the coaches will make their training at the gym worth their time. Those who choose to put in only minimal effort will be asked to stay home (we're serious).
This program will have four groups of five athletes only. If your athlete wants in, they need to sign up today! This is a first-come, first-serve program. Once the four groups are full, we will close registration. Please indicate on the registration form if your athlete(s) will participate in June, July, or both (this will help us determine the number of spots available for each month).

Summer 2018 ACL Injury Prevention Clinics
In partnership with Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics, Coach Mo's Elite Fitness will lead athletes through scientifically proven injury prevention techniques that reduce non-contact ACL injury risk by up to 80%. Middle and high school athletes are encouraged to register!
