Coach Mo will lead players through a variety of dynamic movements and strength training exercises designed to improve core stability and leg strength.

45 mins of conditioning/lacrosse skills @ Murchinson Middle School
45 mins of weights ( intro to weights - body weights, core, strength,etc) @ Coach Mo's Gym

Lax athletes will participate in conditioning drills and lacrosse skills in preparation for Spring season. After doing 45 mins of conditioning lax athletes will head to Coach Mo's gym for beginner level weight and core training. The goal is to teach lacrosse athletes the proper way to train to improve performance and avoid injury.
