NEW: EXERCISE THERAPY PROGRAM
If you are living with hypertension, arthritis, COPD, MS, Parkinson's, or other chronic health conditions, give us a call! If you are finishing physical therapy/rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, give us a call! We will work with your health care team to create a safe exercise program that will help you increase function, build strength, and increase stamina.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Coach Mo’s offers group classes that include high-intensity cardio training and strength training. Classes are scheduled for Monday through Friday mornings, including women-only classes, and some afternoons and evenings. Each class is 45 minutes and space is limited to 8 people per group.
Coach Mo’s personal training program offers high quality one-on-one or small group personal training sessions with a professional fitness coach.
The program includes:
Exercises designed for your level of fitness and goals
Monthly exercise plans specially designed for days between personal training sessions
Two to three training sessions per week depending on your goals and schedule
