GIRLS LAX STRENGTH PROGRAM

This program allows girls to improve strength, speed, and agility while also correcting bad running form and helping to prevent injuries. This is a small group format (5 girls per group).

7th Graders: Mondays and Wednesdays
Group A: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Group B: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

8th Graders: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Group A: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Group B: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Coach Mo’s offers group classes that include high-intensity cardio training and strength training. Classes are scheduled for Monday through Friday mornings, including women-only classes, and some afternoons and evenings. Each class is 45 minutes and space is limited to 8 people per group.


PERSONAL TRAINING

Coach Mo’s personal training program offers high quality one-on-one or small group personal training sessions with a professional fitness coach.

The program includes:

  • Fitness assessments

  • Exercises designed for your level of fitness and goals

  • Monthly exercise plans specially designed for days between personal training sessions

  • Two to three training sessions per week depending on your goals and schedule
