Trojan Track Club is a team of athletes ages, 5 to 18, interested in competing in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) sponsored Track Events. All Trojan Track Club members must register for the Summer Track Training Program (see details below).

All Trojan Track Club Members receive professional quality speed training. Our focus is on building physical capacity for speed and the mental toughness needed to be successful in a competitive sport like track.

All athletes will be coached by highly qualified professionals who have extensive experience in their specific track events. Athletes will train 3 days a week on the track and 2 to 3 days a week in the weight room. Athletes will have an opportunity to compete in AAU meets; however, they are not required to participate in meet events.

To participate on the Trojan Track Club you must register for AAU.

The cost of AAU registration is a $350 summer season only, one-time fee. This fee includes AAU registration, track club and track events (entry fees for all events), team uniform, and t-shirt.  
NOTE: Travel, food, and hotels costs are not included in the package fee.

Summer Track Training Program

This program is open to both AAU participants and non-AAU athletes (those that do not wish to compete). All Trojan Track Club Athletes must register for the Summer Track Training Program. In addition to event-specific skill development, all athletes will receive training on discipline, confidence, mental focus, and responsibility. Athletes will participate in one-on-one and small group training, as well as video analysis.

  • Practice is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (and occasional Saturdays) from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • Athletes will meet at the Murchison Middle School Track.
  • On weight training days, athletes and coaches will walk to Coach Mo's Elite Fitness (located across the street from the track).

A T-shirt will be provided. Please include T-shirt size on the registration form.

Note: Sign up now for a prorated cost of $100 per athlete for the month of May. 


If you want to start the Summer Training Program on May 15th, contract Coach Royce or Coach Mo.
Official summer training starts on June 5th.
