The fall 2017 program starts on August 21, 2017.

This program is a perfect fit for athletes willing to work towards improving performance in soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, baseball, golf, lacrosse, skateboarding, and other sports that require high physical demands. Areas of focus: coordination, strength, speed, stamina, and teamwork. Space is limited, so sign up today!


Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

  • 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. (open to elementary school students) **MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND THURSDAY SESSIONS ARE FULL**
  • 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (open to middle and high school students) **THURSDAY SESSION IS FULL**

1 Session per Week: $50 per Month

2 Sessions per Week: $88 per Month

3 Sessions per Week: $120 per Month

Monthly reoccurring billing is required; credit or debit card on file will be billed monthly for participation. Billing information can be provided on the registration form, in person, or via phone. To cancel participation and monthly billing, contact Coach Mo’s directly in person, by phone, or by email.

A late-pick up fee of $10 will be charged to the credit or debit card on file each time participant is picked up more than five minutes late.


Develop strength, speed, power, and endurance through sports-specific strength training and conditioning. Get ready for pre-season workouts, condition during the post season, or set and reach performance goals throughout the year. The athletic training program is offered to competitive high school athletes.

Policies and Procedures

Payment is due in advance. A $20 fee will be applied to all refunds. If a student misses a session, he or she can attend on the following meeting day.
